A special forum tackled the future of downtown Tulsa. A panel of experts on urban revitalization met with a packed house of people this week interested in the future.

The idea is to begin dialogue on ways to improve Tulsa. The program ties in with Mayor Bill LaFortune's Vision Summit, which is designed to come up with ideas for a regional plan for the city. Jamie Jamison, Tulsa developer, "Our ideas need to be imaginative, very well thought through, very well designed, and they should make the most of downtown's existing fabric in my view.”

The Mayor's Vision Summit is set for July 9th at the Tulsa Convention Center.
