Hulah Lake is full again, but Bartlesville residents say they've learned important lessons about water.

We checked Sunday, and found life is pretty much back to normal. Many folks are watering their lawns, washing their cars, and filling their pools.

And some folks we talked with Sunday say while they're using water more freely. The recent drought and restrictions have taught them to use it more wisely.
