A mother and her two young boys found themselves in danger Wednesday evening when she drove into some high water in Bixby. Witnesses say the strong current swept the woman's car off the road near 191st and MIngo. They say it appeared her boys were about 2 and 4 years old. She got them out of the car and then waded over to a nearby pole. Witnesses say she grabbed onto the pole while clutching her children as the water swirled around them. That's when Good Samaritans got a rope and saved them. Ashley Coates: "I got the rope out the back of my truck and we came out here and waded out and by the time we had got out 30 feet, the water was up to our waists. And we got up to the mother and each of us had a kid and we brought 'em back up and set 'em down. I think they're going to be OK. " The mother and her young sons were treated at a local hospital.
