LINCOLN, Neb. (AP) _ Dan Johnson's grand slam capped a nine-run fifth inning and pitcher Brian Rodaway threw his first complete game of the season as Nebraska beat Oklahoma State 20-2 on Sunday.

Nebraska (38-12, 19-6 Big 12) took a 4-0 lead in the second inning after Brandon Eyemann's three-run homer.

The Cornhuskers went up 6-0 after three when Jeff Blevins scored on a throwing error following Matt Hopper's homer.

Jeff Cole's triple opened the fourth inning when Nebraska scored three runs on four hits and an error.

Oklahoma State (35-18, 13-14) got a solo home run from Jimbo McAuliff in the top of the fifth.

Nebraska put the game out of reach in the fifth inning, scoring nine runs on just two hits, Johnson's homer and another by Cole.

OSU pitchers walked four Nebraska batters in the inning, one was hit by a pitch and another reached base on an error.

Rodaway (3-1) gave up nine hits and two runs, striking out three with no walks in the seven-inning game shortened by the 10-run mercy rule.

Oklahoma State starter Justin Meccage (3-2) took the loss, giving up four runs in 1 2/3 innings. The Cowboys used five pitchers in the game and surrendered 14 hits and 12 walks.

The win completed a three-game weekend sweep of the Cowboys by the Cornhuskers.
