(Claremore-AP) -- A 19-year-old man faces 20-years in prison after pleading guilty to a murder charge in the hammer beating death of an elderly Claremore woman.
David Clem pleaded guilty as part of a plea agreement that reduced the charge against him from first- to second-degree murder.
Clem and Dallas Hastings were charged in the January 2000 murder of 88-year-old Erie Anderson Raybon. Hastings has pleaded guilty to killing Raybon in exchange for a sentence of life in prison.
