TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- Tulsa police fired a reserve officer arrested on a complaint of embezzling $35,000 in fraudulently returned items at Home Depot.

Sgt. Wayne Allen said Rebecca Noah was dismissed as a Tulsa reserve police officer following her arrest Friday.

Noah had been a reserve officer for about 10 years, Allen said.

The police forgery and fraud squad went to a Home Depot location in reference to a report of embezzlement and determined that a crime had been committed.

Noah was a loss prevention supervisor at the store and was later interviewed by an area loss prevention official for the company, which also dismissed her.
