NEW YORK (AP) — Here comes another election book: Alan M. Dershowitz is writing about the Supreme Court's controversial 5-4 decision that effectively ended last year's presidential campaign.

``Supreme Injustice'' is scheduled for publication this spring by Oxford University Press.

``I want to reach the multitudes of Americans who are demanding an explanation of the Supreme Court's decision which left so many stunned and outraged,'' Dershowitz said in a statement Tuesday.

The Supreme Court in December refused to allow further recounting of Florida ballots, effectively giving the state's electoral votes, and the election, to George W. Bush.

Dershowitz, a defense attorney and Harvard law professor best known for winning an acquittal in the trial of socialite Claus von Bulow, received a ``substantial advance,'' according to Oxford.

Last fall, Dershowitz represented some Palm Beach County voters in Florida who sued over alleged voting irregularities.
