(Stillwater-AP) -- The Oklahoma State wrestling program is blessed with a staff that works well together as well as one of the finest wrestling facilities in the nation.

So what's missing? Coach John Smith says it's large crowds.

O-S-U wrestling hasn't come close to needing the expanded seating it has received. The Cowboys' attendance was just over 3,000 for Oregon on January fourth and about 2,600 for Michigan State on January 14th.

Smith says he wants to bring back the wrestling squads large crowds. He says he wants to see as many as 10,000 people for O-S-U's big matches.

Cowboy wrestlers are ranked second in the nation with an 11-and-1 record. O-S-U has won a record 30 N-C-A-A wrestling titles.
