CENTRAL
Hefner: Walleye good on Rat-L-Traps.
Konawa: Elevation normal, water 58 degrees and clear. Black bass good on plastic worms, 10-15 ft. over roadbeds.
Murray: Elevation 4 ft. below normal, water 68 degrees and clear. Crappie fair on minnows.
Texoma: Elevation 4 ft. below normal, water 65 degrees and clear. Striped bass good on live shad, 15-20 ft. in the Platter Flats area; channel catfish good on cut bait, 5-10 ft. in the Washita River.
NORTHEAST
Birch: Elevation below normal, water clear. Hybrid striped bass fair on live shad, trolling; crappie fair on minnows and jigs.
Eucha: Elevation normal. All fishing reported good.
Grand: Sand bass fair on spinnerbaits and spoons; channel catfish fair on cut shad, 10-15 ft.; crappie fair on inline spinners and minnows around bridges and brushpiles.
Greenleaf: Water clear. Black bass fair, spinnerbaits, crankbaits; crappie fair, minnows and jigs near docks and brushpiles.
Hulah: Elevation normal, water clear. Channel catfish good on shad; crappie good on minnows and jigs, 10-12 ft. in the Caney River.
Keystone: Elevation 3 ft. above normal, water 58 degrees and murky. Crappie fair on jigs around brushpiles.
Oologah: Elevation 2 ft. above normal. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs, 10-15 ft., near boat docks and brushpiles.
Skiatook: Elevation 3.5 ft. below normal, water clear. Crappie fair on minnows near brushpiles.
Tenkiller: Elevation 6 ft. below normal, water clear. Black bass fair on curly-tail plastic grubs, 15 ft., over brushpiles; sand bass good on spinnerbaits, 4-10 ft., between Standing Rock and Cherokee Landing.
Webbers Falls: Black bass fair on spinners off riprap; channel catfish good on cut bait on the bottom; crappie good on minnows and jigs near brushpiles.
SOUTHEAST
Eufaula: Elevation 1 ft. above normal, water clear. Black bass fair off points and riprap; sand bass slow; channel catfish slow.
Robert S. Kerr: Elevation normal, water 55 degrees and murky. Black bass fair on shad-type crankbaits near rocks and riprap; sand bass fair on shad-type crankbaits, 10 ft., in upper end; channel catfish fair on fresh shad, 5-10 ft. in standing timber; crappie fair on minnows and jigs, 10-12 ft., over creek beds.
NORTHWEST
Canton: Elevation 1 ft. below normal. Sand bass fair on slabs and live shad; hybrid striped bass fair on slabs and live shad; crappie fair near brushpiles.
Foss: Elevation 2 ft. below normal, water 57 degrees. Sand bass fair on jigs and shad near marinas and off points.
SOUTHWEST
Ellsworth: Elevation 2 ft. above normal, water clear. Crappie fair near boat docks and brushpiles. Blue catfish fair on cut shad.
Ft. Cobb: Water murky. Channel catfish good on shad using jug lines, 20 ft. in creek channels; crappie fair on minnows and jigs, 10-15 ft., near brushpiles; blue catfish food on shad using juglines, 20 ft., in creek channels.
All fishing is reported as slow at the following lakes: Draper, Ft. Gibson, Copan, Pine Creek, Hudson, Sooner, Tom Steed, Arbuckle, Ft. Supply, Altus-Lugert, Blackwell, Kaw, McGee Creek, Atoka, Overholser, Broken Bow, Hugo and Waurika.
