(Englewood, Colorado-AP) -- Tulsa punter Casey Lipscomb is the Western Athletic Conference's special teams player of the week.

The junior from Miami (MY-AM'-uh), Oklahoma, punted five times for an average of 46-point-six yards per punt on Saturday against Nevada.

Two of Lipscomb's punts were downed inside the 20, including a 71 yard kick that was downed at the one-yard line.
