(Tulsa-AP) -- The Owasso School District cannot take further disciplinary action against a high school senior who wrote what school officials considered a threatening poem.

The injunction issued by a federal judge yesterday also prohibits Owasso school officials from putting any negative documentation into the student's record regarding the incident.

The girl was suspended in May for a poem she wrote about a teacher while in a drama class that ended with the line...quote..."because the bitch had to die."

Judge James Ellison found that the poem is neither a true nor genuine threat, and that it was not disruptive to the school's operation.

An attorney for the girl claims the poem was an imaginary way for her to express frustration with a teacher.

The girl was put back in class in August.
