A Tulsa man has been arrested for offering children money in exchange for sex. Detectives say a 15-year-old boy told them 37-year-old Arthur King paid $10 and $20 for sexual favors. The boy also told police King provided marijuana and methamphetamines, and they watched pornographic movies together. Police say they found drugs and videotapes during a search. King has been booked into the Tulsa Jail on six felony complaints and two misdemeanors.
