(Tulsa-AP) -- The Tulsa Fire Department says a fire that gutted a vacant former school building this week was arson.

Fire Captain Hubert Rouse says fire investigators ruled that the blaze was intentionally set, but he didn't say how the fire was started. He says five juveniles have been identified as suspects.

Flames were shooting 20 to 30 feet through the roof of Riley Elementary School.

Riley was closed in June 1988, when the building was 70 years old.
