The owner of Tulsa's Midtown Adult Theater is deciding whether to appeal a ruling that would shut down part of his business. Wednesday, the city of Tulsa said it would allow the bookstore portion of the business to remain open, however officials did not renew the licenses to keep the theaters open.

At a Wednesday hearing, Tulsa police argued that the Midtown Theater is a public nuisance. Officers have made 14 arrests there in the past ten months. The Midtownâ€™s owner has 10 days to file an appeal with the city council.
