Tulsa man charged in supervisor's death

(Tulsa-AP) -- A Tulsa man has been charged with the weekend shooting death of his boss.

Fifty-eight-year-old Glynn Scarborough was charged yesterday with first-degree murder in Tulsa County District Court in the death of Steven Lee Ford.

Ford's body was found Saturday afternoon in a field. Authorities say he'd been shot numerous times.

Police say Ford was Scarborough's supervisor at Ellsworth Motorfreight, which is located about a mile from where Ford's body was found.

Co-workers told police the men planned to meet Saturday morning to work on an engine.

Scarborough is being held without bail in the Tulsa jail.
