(South Bend, Indiana-AP) -- Tomorrow's the day former Oklahoma running back Greg Pruitt will be inducted into the College Football Hall of Fame.

Pruitt was an All-American at O-U in 1971 and '72. He finished second in the Heisman Trophy voting in 1972 and was third in 1971. He still holds school records with 294 yards rushing in one game and 374 all-purpose yards in a game. His average of nine-point-four yards per carry in 1971 is an N-C-A-A record.

Also being inducted tomorrow is Chuck Long, who's now the quarterbacks coach at O-U. Long was a star at the University of Iowa in the early 1980s.
