Here is an update concerning Monday's story of the four men arrested for allegedly sexually assaulting two young women at a car dealership in Owasso. The lawyer for one of the suspects says no rape took place.

Owasso police say the rapes happened late Friday night at Classic Chevrolet. They say the women had gone to the dealership for what they thought was an after-hours company cookout, and then were allegedly held their against their will. Investigators say the women were then locked inside the building and sexually assaulted by four car salesmen who worked at the dealership.

Police arrested Randall Dunnam, Brien McCormick, Steven Nall, and Edward Farley. Farley's attorney, Ed Lindsey, says several witnesses can verify his client's claim of innocence. "I've interviewed my client and I've interviewed a couple of witnesses out at the car dealership and they have provided and will continue to provide information that is exculpatory in nature to the authorities," Lindsey said. "Hopefully, that information will lead the authorities to believe this, that any type of sexual activity that occurred that evening was consensual."

However, Owasso Police detectives say they collected enough evidence for the district attorney to file charges, which they expect to happen Wednesday.
