(Columbia, Missouri-AP) -- Oklahoma's Michael Blackwood posted the nation's best 400 meter time of 46.69 seconds in Monday's Big 12 track meet in Columbia, Missouri.

Blackwood edged defending champion Brandon Couts of Baylor in the 400.

Nebraska got the team titles in the men's and women's divisions.

The Oklahoma State women finished second at the meet.
