(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Ninth-inning R-B-I singles from Aaron Gozart and Jamal Strong lifted Nebraska to a 7-to-5 win over Oklahoma State yesterday.

The loss eliminated Oklahoma State from the Big 12 Conference baseball tournament in Oklahoma City.

Nebraska and Oklahoma State traded the lead throughout the hard-fought game.

Carlos Gautreaux's R-B-I single in the eighth for the Cowboys had tied the game. But Nebraska loaded the bases in the ninth, when Gozart and Strong produced their big back-to-back hits.
