DALLAS (AP) — The Eagles are offering no welcome to the Hotel California Grill: The rock group is suing the Dallas eatery for trademark violations.
The Eagles' ``Hotel California'' album sold 15 million copies, putting it among the all-time bestsellers.
Restaurant owner Bill Arnold says the group should — well — take it easy.
``This is a restaurant, not a song. We're not infringing on the rights of Don Henley, Glenn Frey or anyone,'' he said.
Attorneys for the Eagles declined to comment.
