(Stillwater-AP) -- Oklahoma State officials say the crash of a crane onto the roof of Gallagher-Iba Arena won't delay the opening of the remodeled and expanded arena.

OSU spokesman Nestor Gonzalez says the upper part of a crane snapped early Friday. It fell onto the roof of the arena. Gonzalez says the roof received minor to moderate damage.

No one was injured in the accident.

The remodeled arena is scheduled to open on December 1st.

Construction will more than double the seating capacity of the arena to more than 13,000.
