LAWRENCE, Kan. (AP) -- Jesse Gremminger hit a three-run home run in an eight-run second inning as Kansas beat Oklahoma 10-4 Sunday to snap the Sooners' nine-game winning streak.
Gremminger, Doug Dreher and Ryan Klocksien all had two hits for the Jayhawks (21-20, 7-14 Big 12). Klocksien has hit in 29 of his last 32 games.
Rusty Philbrick (4-4) went 7 1-3 innings for the win. He combined with reliever Jeff Davis to end a 21-game hitting streak by Zach Lekse of Oklahoma (26-15, 11-7). Lekse was hitless in four at-bats.
Sooners starter Michael Bradbury (3-1) gave up nine runs on seven hits in three innings for the loss.
Gremminger's homer in the second came as the Jayhawks sent 10 batters to the plate. He had singled to start the inning. Doug Dreher had a two-run double in the rally.
Oklahoma had taken a 2-0 lead in the first when Jeff Bajenaru doubled home a pair of runs.
