(Muskogee-AP) -- A wrongful death lawsuit says negligence by the Muskogee County Sheriff caused the death of a man who hit a two-thousand pound bull with his motorcycle.
The suit against Sheriff Cliff Sinyard seeks more than $10,000 and was filed by relatives of 31-year-old Marty Wayne Bailey.
Bailey died when his motorcycle hit the bull standing in the middle of a Muskogee County road on April tenth of last year.
A resident claims to have called the sheriff's department about two hours before the 9:15 p-m accident to report a red bull wandering in front of her mobile home.
