(Norman-AP) -- Oklahoma basketball coach Kelvin Sampson thanks his seniors for a 22-and-5 record and a tie for fourth place in the Big 12. And the accolades come four months after O-U began the season with four new starters in the lineup.
Oklahoma's seniors played their final home game in style last night with an 83-to-56 trouncing of Missouri. Senior Eduardo Najera had 25 points and 10 rebounds.
Senior Renzi Stone scored eight points and had six rebounds. Victor Avila had eight rebounds. And 7-foot-2 Oleg Reztsov made his first career start. But a sophomore almost stole the spotlight against Missouri. J-R Raymond had four first-half three-pointers and finished with six on his way to 20 points.
