70-year-old Agnet Pribram died instantly when she was hit by a car which crashed through the front of a Tulsa drug store. 92-year-old Ruby Kiperhas had just pulled into a parking space outside the mid-town Tulsa drug store when her foot sliiped from the brake pedal onto the accelerator.
Tulsa police captain John Bowman said the woman's car crashed through the door and slammed into Pribram. Kiperhas was admitted to a local hospital, suffering from a fractured sternum. She is listed in fair condition.
Bowman said Kiperhas was not ticketed. He said evidence will be submitted to the Tulsa County District Attorney for his consideration as to whether or not charges will be filed in the incident.
