(Stillwater-AP) -- Oklahoma State authorities say dozens of students have been caught engaging in computer crime. Several arrests have been made for cases which mostly involved residence hall computers and sometimes departmental computers.

Some of the crimes include distribution of pornography and copyrighted software and allegedly illegally entire movies including the lastest Stars Wars film. The F-B-I paid a visit to O-S-U after one student managed to hack into the non-classified U-S Department of Energy computer.

School authorities say the last two semesters have seen a ten-fold increase in computer security issues on campus. They say the school wants the students to understand that an activity they think is fun or cool may be illegal and could ruin their future prospects for employment.
