A man charged with killing a Tulsa teenager and dismembering his body found out Wednesday that he will stand trial for the crime.

A judge followed the advice of a psychologist who says Wayne Henry Garrison is mentally competent.

The 40-year-old man is accused of killing 13-year-old Justin Wiles more than a decade ago. Searchers found Wiles's remains back in 1989 at Lake Bixhoma where Garrison told authorities he often fished. Prosecutors say the boy was last seen getting into Garrison's car.
