(Oklahoma City-AP) -- Oklahoma City bombing co-conspirator Terry Nichols has made an initial court appearance in his state trial. A judge officially informed Nichols of the 160 counts of first-degree murder he's facing in the 1995 Murrah Federal Building bombing.
Nichols responded "No, your honor" when asked if he had any questions. Nichols has already been convicted in federal court for the deaths of eight federal agents in the explosion. He was sentenced at the Denver trial to life without the possibility of parole. Oklahoma prosecutors want him to get the death penalty on the state charges. Timothy McVeigh is facing a federal death sentence in the bombing.
