(Norman-AP) -- There's a special item on the menu tonight at the University of Oklahoma. Students will get to eat the 775 beef Wellingtons that were supposed to be used at a banquet in honor of South African archbishop Desmond Tutu. The banquet and convocation in Tutu's honor was canceled due to inclement weather.
So the beef Wellingtons will be on the menu at Couch Cafeteria along with liver pate in puff pastry. O-U food service director Dave Annis says it'll be a "snow celebration" for the students.
