(Tulsa-AP) -- New Tulsa coach Keith Burns announced a 12-game schedule for the Golden Hurricane today. The Golden Hurricane will take on three 1999 bowl participants Fresno State, Hawaii and T-C-U are bowl bound. Cross-state rival Oklahoma State is on the schedule along with North Carolina. Home and road games are evenly split 6-to-6. Tulsa opens the season on the road at North Carolina on September 2nd. The Golden Hurricane returns home to face Oklahoma State on September 9th.
