Just before midnight, Tulsa Police noticed three men in a car acting suspicious near Haskell and Peoria. When officers stopped to check it out, two of the men ran off, the third stopped.
Officers searched the car and found a loaded gun and drugs. The man was arrested; his name has not been released.
Tulsa Police searched but did not find the other two men.
