OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) -- The Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals Monday set execution dates for two men convicted in separate Oklahoma City murders.

A May 12th date was set for 39-year-old George James Miller, who was convicted of the 1999 killing of 25-year-old Gary Kent Dodd.

Dodd was a night auditor for a motel when he was repeatedly stabbed, beaten with hedge shears and had paint and muriatic acid poured down his throat.

A May 19th execution date was set for 49-year-old Garry Thomas Allen, who was convicted of the 1986 murder of 42-year-old Lawanna Gail Titsworth.

Titsworth was the mother of Allen's two young sons and was picking them up at a day care center when she was shot.

Final appeals of the two men were denied by the US Supreme Court.
