William McDonald filed a federal lawsuit in Oklahoma City asking for his wifeâ€™s release. He claims his wife was coerced into pleading guilty. He says Oklahoma City Police botched the investigation, and he was never contacted about the case.

Caren McDonald is serving a 3 year prison term after admitting she beat her husband with a bat.
