A stretch of Garnett Road has reopened after a stand-off Sunday forced Tulsa Police to set up a traffic detour.

Officers closed Garnett to traffic between 33rd and 38th Streets for about an hour while they dealt with an armed woman at a nearby home. Tulsa Police say she'd been in an argument with her boyfriend.

Some nearby residents were evacuated. The woman eventually came outside and police took her into custody.
