Tulsa homicide detectives gave the News on 6 a sketch of a man they want to question about a murder that happened on February 4th.

The sketch resembles a man who shot Richard Latty several times. It happened at 11:30 at night near 2900 East 51st Street after the two men had argued. Tulsa Police say the suspect is 21 years old, six feet tall and 130 pounds. He was in a light blue, American made car with damage on the right side and was carrying a long barreled revolver.
