CLEVELAND, Okla. (AP) _ One person is dead following a late night one-car crash near Cleveland in Osage County.

The victims name hasn't been released pending notification of family.

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says the crash occurred just before 11:15 Wednesday night when a van went out of control on a county road and jumped a guard rail. Troopers say the van caught fire and the driver was able to escape, but was found dead in front of the van.
