A shooting in Tulsa has a person recovering. The victim was shot in the arm at the Cimarron Ridge Apartments at 3146 East 131st Street Monday night.

No one else was hurt and the shooter got away.

Tulsa Police found some marijuana at the scene, which leads them to believe shooting may have been drug related.
