The federal trial of a Sequoyah County man accused of killing a state trooper has been rescheduled. Kenneth Eugene Barrett's trial was set to start Monday.
The trial has now been pushed back to July 11th. Barrett already is serving a 20-year prison sentence on a state conviction in the killing of Oklahoma Highway Patrol trooper Rocky Eales.
Eales was killed during a raid on Barrett's rural home in 1999.
