Investigators now strongly suspect foul play in the case of a missing NSU student. Stephan Adams has been missing for ten days. His disappearance is taking a toll on his family and looking more and more suspicious to investigators.
One reason, Adams missed a hearing Tuesday that could have ended a two-year custody battle over his daughter, Cheyenne. Dick Frye, private investigator: "There's no reason for him to have missed it, this was pivotal in this investigation he was looking forward to the outcome of that proceeding."
Investigators are now looking for a man who was hanging out near Stephen Adams' apartment complex on December 13th. He's 40 to 50 years old, about five feet nine inches tall, with salt and pepper hair and a beard. He was driving a dark gray or black Ford Ranger pick-up with a silver tool box in back.
