A fatal construction accident in Broken Arrow.

Police officers say a 34 year old man was killed Thursday morning when the ground collapsed on him while he was digging a drainage ditch near 68th and Garnett.

Witness were able to pull him out, but he was pronounced dead at the scene.

The victim's name has not been released.

OSHA is investigating the accident.
