OKLAHOMA CITY (AP) _ An Oklahoma City-based engineering company has won a $23-million contract.
Benham Company will design and build a diesel ``hydrotreater'' for Dallas-based Holly Company, which will use it at a Utah oil refinery.
Benham vice president Mike Smith says a hydrotreater essentially reduces the amount of sulfur in diesel fuel.
The refinery near Salt Lake City is expected to produce 10,000 barrels of ultra-low-sulfur diesel and jet fuel per day by June 2006.
