Doctors give the "green light" to stuff yourself with stuffing and other Thanksgiving favorites and details on straightening your baby's teeth.

News on 6 anchor LeAnne Taylor tells us how in this Medical Update.

Parents of babies listen up, using bottles and pacifiers could be bad for baby's teeth. Researchers found babies who sucked their thumb or a pacifier after one year of age or drank from a bottle in the first three months of life, were more likely to have mis-aligned teeth in preschool.

An interesting snippet in this month's Health magazine, a researcher in Canada found that boys talked nine times as much as girls in class and were encouraged to do so. The researcher says silence is still seen as a positive trait in girls.

And as we sit down to Thanksgiving dinner this week, some health experts encourage us to enjoy the meal! Apparently, the turkey, cranberry sauce and sweet potatoes not only look and taste good but are easy on the heart, that's according to this month's issue of the Harvard Letter.

So eat up!
