NORMAN, Okla. (AP) _ A multicounty grand jury investigating the alcohol-related death of a University of Oklahoma student is issuing more subpoena's for members of his fraternity.
Cleveland County District Attorney Tim Kuykendall says Sigma Chi members will be questioned Monday about the death of Blake Hammontree.
Hammontree was found dead September 30th following a party at the frat house. The state medical examiner says his blood-alcohol content was point-42, more than five times the amount considered legally intoxicated.
Sigma Chi member Cody Barrington is charged with furnishing alcohol to a minor at the party, though not to Hammontree.
Kuykendall says more charges are possible.
