A man accused of being an accessory in his former stepson's death and dismemberment will serve 15 years in prison.
A judge suspended ten years of Scott Epp's sentence. Epp pleaded guilty to a reduced charge of accessory to manslaughter in July.
Epp says he took Brian Gray's body from Osage County to Stephens County, after Gray's brother said he shot him accidentally.
Body parts were recovered from a farm pond and an RV on Epp's family farm near Marlow.
