A Holdenville teenager was killed in a car accident five months ago. His parents want to know why the person responsible hasn't received so much as a ticket.

Thomas Jenson, Junior died when his car crashed head-on with a pick-up driven by a 14-year-old. The Oklahoma Highway Patrol did not ticket the boy for driving without a license or for driving an unsafe vehicle with no headlights.

Thomas’ mother Debra Jensen: "All we get to do is visit his grave and they're out running around all over Holdenville." Thomas’ father Thomas Jensen: "We had to move our bed from one side of the house to the other cause I used to watch out the window and see his car pulling down the driveway and that relief he's home."

The OHP says they're not sure why the 14 year old did not receive several tickets.
