LAWTON, Okla. (AP) _ A Comanche Nation administrator is back on the job after a tribal judge said the tribe's business committee couldn't fire him. Judge Phillip Lujan reinstated Michael Burgess on Thursday after ruling that the committee couldn't fire Burgess because he was elected to the post, not appointed.
