TULSA, Okla. (AP) -- Sentencing is being delayed for a former Rogers County commissioner who was convicted of conspiracy, fraud and money laundering.
A federal judge reset the sentencing of former Commissioner Randy Baldridge for July 30th.
The delay comes after a federal probation officer changed his recommendation for prison time for Baldridge.
The officer initially recommended a sentence of 15 to 21 months but amended the recommendation to 51 to 63 months.
Federal Judge Terence Kern says he has concerns about the recommendations and need to find a way to compromise.
