A Tulsa landmark is coming down this month. Asbestos removal at the Camelot Hotel is set to begin in the next couple of weeks. The 330 room hotel is being sold for re-development. The Camelot closed in the 1990's and was later condemned. In its hay-day, the castle shaped hotel hosted Elvis Presley, as well as Presidents Richard Nixon and Gerald Ford.

Work to dismantle the hotel should be complete in September.
