Two armed robbery suspects are on the run from police. Tulsa police say two men armed with a rifle walked into a Quick Mart and demanded money. It happened Monday near 41st and Garnett. The clerk refused to hand over the money and tried to take the weapon away from the suspect, police said. That's when the other man grabbed the cash register and both suspects took off running. They were last seen running south toward some nearby apartments, officers said.
The clerk suffered minor injuries in the altercation.
