MUSKOGEE, Okla. (AP) -- A Fort Gibson man is facing a charge of first-degree manslaughter in the death of a man killed in a traffic accident.
Prosecutors say 41-year-old Jeffery Gray was driving under the influence on March 3rd when his pickup truck was hit by a pair of tractor-trailers. A passenger in Gray's pickup -- Ronald Bowen -- died several days after the accident.
Muskogee County District Attorney Larry Moore says the manslaughter charge was filed Friday after blood tests showed a blood-alcohol content of nearly twice the legal limit.
